I trust that you all have had a wonderful break. I am looking foward to another exciting year of Senior Bible Quizzing. I have already had several new coaches contact me about starting a team this year, and I believe that I have included them all in this e-mail; however, if any of you know of a coach or a church that is wanting to start a team, please help me by fowarding this information to them

I will be attending the Annual Youth Convention in Nashville this year, and will be available to answer any questions that you have there. Also, there will be some announcements made during the services to promote Senior Bible Quizzing.

Our tournaments this year will begin in January, and will be on the fourth Saturday of the month, with the district finals being held on the fourth Saturday in June. Also, there will be no district tournament in May this year, because this is a busy time with graduations, and BQE’s.

If anyone is interested in hosting a tournament this year, please let me know what month you are available to host, and I will send you a list of items that you will need to be prepared for the tournament.

Attached is a schedule of material that each tournament will cover. Again, if your team is planning on attending an Extraveganza, you will need to make sure that you are on pace with the material plan for that tournament.

I am very excited about what this year will hold, as we study “The Master Speaks,” selected verses from Luke.
